How the fuck was it only 25°C yesterday? It felt like a fucking sauna inside and out. Slept with the front door open in hopes of cooling the house between the hours of 11pm and 9am. Kinda worked. Still took me an hour to get to sleep because it was so bloody hot

um, the temperature thing on steve's mom's car told us it was actually 35. i don't know if it is wrong or not though.

and it's supposed to be around that hot today, too. i am thinking we should cover all the windows with dark fabric during the day... keeping the light out should help. closing the door to the spare room should help a bit too. we can also lock the front screen door and leave that one open tonight too. there is a key for that one somewhere. i am thinking we should probably pick up some cheap fans from canadian tire or something. it's going to be so friggen hot in that house.
