I really should be working on my stories. Or homework (yeah, right). But I'm reading fairy tales and wondering when I'll get a girlfriend. ;_;

My new favorite proverb is an old Chinese saying:

"When you have only two pennies left in the world, buy a loaf of bread with one, and a lily with the other."

Isn't that neat?

Listening to my favorite song right now. It's called "Gessekai", and it's from the anime NIGHTWALKER. I am uber-happy that I finally have it!

The only two fairy tales that I semi-qualify as "femmeslash-y" are Andersen's "The Snow Queen" and Andrew Lang's "The Girl who pretended to be a Boy." I would have loved Lang's story so much more if the princess didn't turn into a man at the end, but had still married Iliane.
