Today is another day when I feel suddenly and inexplicably happy!  It seems to happen more and more often.

Not bad for an arthritic diabetic with heart failure who can't walk more than a few yards!

I'm glad to hear it!

For me, it's the coming of the spring which always livens me up, and makes me feel much happier and alive than the dank grey days of winter will allow. As it was rather late coming this year, it was all the more welcome when it did. Here's hoping we get a good summer this year!

I also wondered it it's the (tentative) arrival of Spring? After a winter of lethargy, I feel that I've done more in the past couple of weeks than in all the months since September.
