I saw it more as being Wee!Dean likes Lion-O the best, which is why he picked out that Band-Aid first and was surprised that Sammy didn't want it, and when they're older Sam rememberes that Lion-O was Dean's favorite. But you're more than wlecome to keep your own delusion! ;)
