I read The Scarlett Pimpernel in eigth grade after I'd seen the musical, but I liked the musical so much better that I don't think I gave the book enough credit. One on my list of things to reread now that I'm older.

Haven't stolen my sister's copy of Coraline yet, and I'm not exactly sure where it is at the moment.

But The Fifth Elephant was really, really good (it's Laura's favorite. Are you reading her copy? I like when she writes things in the margins.)

I'm worried about the Pride and Prejudice remake. I can't see Kiera Knightley as Eliza Bennett. Is there anything good coming out before fall?

I'm reading my library's copy of The Fifth Elephant. I had planned to attack Laura's Pratchett collection on last movie day but I completely forgot about it, so I just picked up a random book.

I don't expect a whole lot from the Pride & Prejudice movie but I do like Keira Knightley.

There doesn't appear to be anything particularly good coming out before fall. Valiant looks cute, but it doesn't appear to be particularly exciting. My driving factor in seeing it would probably be the fact that Ewan McGregor voices the main character. Sigh. I lead such a sad existence. However, Mirrormask, Serenity, Wallace & Gromit, and the vaguely-appealing-but-starring-Orlando-Bloom-and-thus-I-question-seeing-it Elizabethtown all come out over the span of Sept. 30-Oct.4.

How do you feel about futuristic space western dramas? As you can see from above, I'm just slightly obsessed with Firefly.

Are you kidding me? It shouldn't be shocking that someone loves Good Omens. It should just be completely expected and ordinary, otherwise we will go insane when the entire world finally does read it.
