i. Liverpool lost today. :(

ii. The Mets now have a 13 game lead over the second place team, which isn't even the stupid Braves. This makes me very happy.

iii. I worked for over six hours today and I really hate my toes at the moment.

I hope my TiVo caught that match! They're having another friendly vs. Grasshopper Zurich on Tuesday, aren't they? I know I shouldn't be as excited as I am to watch friendlies, but at this point, I'll really take whatEVER I can get.

I wonder if Micha's in the states by now. Saturday will be a good day :)

My family was playing "if we sold our house and moved to a state where the cost of living isn't so damn high, what would we do with our extra cash" the other day and I said that I would definitely want to have a soccer channel and even then, even when we would have a lot more money than we do now just because we could buy a house for about half of what we'd sell our current one for and my parents still got this look on their face of "If you insist, you can have a soccer channel." *headdesk ( ... )

:((( That really sucks. Would they let you get one if you paid for it yourself? That's the only way I was allowed to get one.

Although we are close enough to these people that I could run back and forth between watching the TV in the living room and eating in the dining room if necessary.
Is it pathetic that that made me laugh? I'm not sure what would happen if I tried to do that with my cousins (who I barely know). I think the oldest is about 10 or 11. He might be into football, so he could possibly tell everyone that I really can't help myself. (I imagine he isn't interested, though... but I would hope he would at least know what the Austrian Bundesliga is. *snickers*)

That's a lot of information and I totally understand if you didn't read it all. Or if you didn't care.
I, of course, did read it all, and believe it or not, I did care. Never ever say (type?) something like that to me again, or I will come to your library and throw all of ( ... )
