I can't believe I was awake before 7:30 on a Bank Holiday weekend.

I've left the better half in bed and next door sound like they're about to continue building their house.

Well, I'm at the airport hotel for the night, ready for an early night and a stupidly early 5am get up.

We're off to America! Woo-hoo!

I know I'm a bit rubbish when it comes to technology, but it's just taken me an hour and a half just to upgrade the software on my camera so it can take 1GB memory cards.

Really, a five year old could have done it in thirty seconds...

Well, I'm back after a nice little two week break away from the real world, though I have to admit, right now I'm feeling exhausted and pumping myself full of caffeine just to get me through the evening.
