I, for a change, am all for this ship to exist - there have to be a reason for Thrandi to dislike dwarves so much, right? Well, why not a sad love story between the two? XD

But then Bilbo happens and Thorin is all "I shall take this Hobbit for mine now, thx!" and Thranduin is "Of yeah? Then I will lay siege on Erebor."
