Why there's so many McShep and Jack/Daniel fics in Stargate fandom? Yeah, less popular pairings are so hard to find - and as a fan od Nuada/John from Hellboy and Astrin/Hugin from Riddlemaster of Hed I know about it so wellXD

I hate it when i'm searching through some SG fansite and there's shit load of McShep (why it's so popular? it holds absolutely no appeal for me) and J/D but the stories with pairing i'm looking for are few and far between :/ It's frustrating >:C
