[It's been a few days since Ragna was taken out of the Malnosso facilities thanks to Noel and Bones, and he's been out cold since. Today? He's actually beginning to wake up and be a little more active than he's been in the past few days. After the initial wave of not knowing where the hell he is, he begins to recognize the place he's stuck in as

[Walking around the village, yes? That's what someone else is doing today as well - well, specifically, ν-13's just heading for the clothing shop right now. Mostly because she's been putting that off for far too long already, and she really could use another outfit she won't be as recognizable in when walking around in public. Her usual one just stands out a bit too much, and the sundress isn't that practical around this time of the year.

...And besides, she can be on the lookout for Noel like this, too. It's not really a priority, so she's not going out of her way just to do this, but she's still keeping a closer eye on her surroundings than usual. There is a chance that she might stumble across her on her way to the shop and back, right?

Let's see. People she's not that familiar with, one or two stray animals, Ragna walking into a wall...]

Ragna, wait!

[...She's following him. Um.]

[He'll just keep going like she didn't even call out to him. He isn't liking the fact that she's tailing him, though.]

[Great. He's ignoring her, isn't he? Fine. In that case...]

[...She's just going to dash a little and attempt to grab his right arm. Something is definitely not right here, and she's pretty determined to figure out what it is. Just in case she might be able to think of a way to fix it.]

[It actually took him a second to notice when she grabbed his arm, and that was because there was a tugging feeling slowing him down. And nearly making him topple over because he didn't expect it.]

What the-- Let go!

[...Huh. For a second, it seemed like he didn't even notice that she grabbed his arm. This is really strange.

ν-13's not going to let go, though, nor will she respond. Rather, she seems pretty focused on his arm for a moment, almost as if she's trying to figure something about it out.

Everything seems pretty normal... From what she can tell with that jacket in the way, his arm still seems the same as always, and her scanners aren't picking up on any significant injuries, so that's not it, either. The only thing that's obviously off is the fact she can't seem to detect the Azure Grimoire.

...Let's see if activating a healing ars has any effect on his arm. She kind of doubts it, but... it's worth a try, isn't it?]

Would you get the hell off of me already!? [He's trying to tug his arm out from her hold, but it's not working as well as he hoped it would. The fact that he can't feel nor move it makes it very difficult to pull dead weight away from her. Plus, it wasn't like she was exactly weak as all hell.

The healing ars isn't going to have much effect on his arm either.]

[Well, she's loosening her grip just a little now, at least. That might make it a bit easier to free his arm, if not by much.

...No reaction. In a way, she kind of expected it, but... it's still a little frustrating. At least this means she can probably narrow it down to the Malnosso doing something... again. As if she needed another reason to hate them, sheesh.]

Um... When did you get back, Ragna? [If he can tell her that, maybe she can at least figure out how long the effects of the kidnapping will still last. Most of the time, it's just one to two weeks, right...?]

I don't know, a couple of days? [Because he has been in the village a few days. He just isn't exactly sure on how long since he was out cold until today.]

Why the hell does that even matter?

Ragna, you can't move your arm, right? [That much is... fairly obvious. And if that's not because of an injury - and if it was, the healing ars should have helped - then it's likely that the Malnosso did something. That could wear off soon, but...

...Well, she has her reasons to be a little concerned anyway, to say the least.]

It's none of your business. [Watch him futilely try to pull his arm free without making it too obvious. That should be an answer enough, as much as he'd hate to admit it.]

You really don't have to hide it, Ragna. [Look, you even get a reassuring smile, Ragna! Though it's... noticeably more weary than a smile like that ought to be.]

[After a brief pause, she'll speak up again, her grip loosening a little bit more as she does so. At this point, she's pretty much just holding onto his jacket.]

...If the Malnosso did that, then... It'll definitely be fine soon.

[Contrary to what the wording might suggest, ν-13 actually sounds somewhat unsure about that, if not a little worried that the opposite may happen instead. Some kidnapping-related effects do take longer to wear off than one might expect, after all.]

Get the hell off of me. [That's all he's going to say as a response. He doesn't want someone like Nu trying to cheer him up or reassure his belief that it'll fix itself. If anyone would do that for him, it'd be himself. At the very least, Nu is near the bottom of the list of people he'd take it from.]

But... You're going to leave if I do that, right? [Just like he tried to do before. And she doesn't want that. Even if there's a chance the effects won't last that long, she's... not entirely comfortable with the idea of letting him run around alone while they're clearly still there.

...Blame what happened the last time she let someone do that.]

Do you even have to ask? I don't want to be around you. [He's too pissed off about his arm and eye, and Nu sticking her nose into his business worsened the mood. The worst part about it all if that he keeps running into walls and trees, and that just hurts. The rain is annoying too, actually.]
