Rating: PG Word count: ~ 1,200 Warnings: Angst, fluff, magic, etc. Summary: Twelve steps to immortality: this is the pinnacle of alchemy, of all alchemists. Ianto has reached final goal, and all he feels is empty. ( Chapter Eight )
As with the rest of this series, breathtakingly gorgeous. No one else will ever be able to capture the cadence and imagery of your writing, but that's okay because this is ending enough without being the end for Jack and Ianto. They'll go on, inextricably linked, through eternity which is all I really want for them. It won't all be good; life - even mortal life - is never that kind, but I like to believe they'll be happy.
Thank you for this and your other fics, they're uniquely different and each one a gem. I'll never tire of re-reading them.
This was wonderful! Wonderful and perfect. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I have been eagerly awaiting an update on "Ianto Jones and the Airship Pirates" so I'm thrilled to hear you've got the next installment almost ready to post, though I'm a bit saddened that it sounds to be the end of that story as well.
While I'm sad to hear you're leaving Torchwood, I know I can always go back and reread all of your stories that I've found so entertaining in the past, and I'll be going back to check as I think there may be a few I've missed. I do hope you're planning to leave them all up for us to enjoy in the future. I will, of course, be checking out the other fandoms you write for. Some of them look very interesting, but I've just not gotten to them as yet.

I am sad to see it end, and sadder that this is the last of this verse.
I hope you continue to write, I love your stories.
