I just love the Ianto/Suzie friendship so much! It's also great to still have Suzie there after Gwen has joined Torchwood, it completely changes the team dynamic.

Ianto is a more confident version of himself at this point, probably because he's not got Lisa hidden away. The attraction between him and Jack is obvious to everyone and Ianto is free to let Jack pursue him if he chooses.

The prank Ianto plays on Jack for Suzie is hilarious, as is Jack's reaction.
