Rating: M/R (because of implications, I think?)
Word count: ~ 2100
Warnings: Schmoop and a metric ton of fluff.
Summary: Ianto closes his eyes in Thames House, lungs full of choking alien gas, and opens them in his sister’s house in Cardiff.
A/N: Again, I'm ignoring what was revealed about Bilis Manger in Twilight Streets; this version is my own, ( Read more... )

Yes it would be very useful :) Then I don't have to stalk you through LJ looking for it to read cos I'm falling in love with Ianto all over again. Not that I fell out of love with him but I'm falling in love with your Ianto too . . . uhm that was supposed to make sense, I think.

Manger will be no loss to the world and his death will preserve much that is worthwhile preserving at any cost. Ianto being more open is making Jack open up, and between them maybe they can get Tosh and Owen together. So much good could come from Ianto's second chance, if only assassinating Bilis Manger is successful. Cornering and killing someone who can step through time faster than you can blink may not be as straighforward as it sounds. But if Ianto fails first time, there may not be a second chance, so he'd better do everthing he can to make sure he's successful at the first attempt.

A Master List of your fics would be considered a vital fandom resource - everyone needs to read your fics. I know I've missed some and I want to read them, so I'd welcome a list that makes it easier for me to find them.

I'm rather fond of it myself, lol! I've been using it forv what seems like forever, it's an old one by clarity_lore . Jack likes to make sure Ianto doesn't forget to fit him into his busy schedule of filing, making coffee, ordering food and cleaning up after everyone!

Yes, well I don't know how Ianto could possibly forget Jack. I know I wouldn't be able to.

Wouldn't killing Manger, cause problems with the timelines, it would stop all the bad things from happening, but would it stop the good as well. Also Manger can jump through time so fast, how can Ianto deal with that. Love the verse, looking forward to the out come.

*squees so loud her roommate knocks her out* Honestly, now I know that not only does my dorm think I'm insane, my roommate does too, and she's almost never here! Err... Does that make sense?

This is great! I love how you're fleshing out Ianto even more (the knife advice and teasing bit of backstory really helps) and giving him more insight because of what's happened. Like you said, Jack is no oblivious; I wonder how long it will take him to put two and two together? A worrying thought--what if he catches Ianto killing Manger? That would be awful, though Ianto's Goddess could probably help with that~

I'd like to write something in German, but I can't think of anything to say. (I've got random accusative, nominative, dative, and the other case pronouns floating through my head... it's distracting) I think it's because the finals are so close. -.-'
