After an entire week of tirelessly developing my newfound psychic ability, all I managed to do was move a pencil several inches and almost open a door.

Though I suppose it's better than being unable to do any of that at all.

How disappointing. I wanted to explode people with my mind.

Only Netus that have been trained for a few years, if not more. They tend to evolve into Xatu first and continue development in their adult form, since their brain is much bigger.
