Thank you :) It was a nightmare to finish, and it's so nice to hear that it got the emotional response I was looking for!

*sniffs* That was great, loving the contrast with Jack and Owen (life and death)

I did get sort of obsessed with the contrast between Jack and Owen, yeah ;) Especially in light of Who S3, and the Whoniverse's general fixation with how far you're allowed to interfere with life and death rules. So I'm really glad that worked for you!

See, I knew I had to kill Owen again no matter what (cursed laws of time and space) so I figured the least I could do was save Tosh. Thank you for the comment!

But really, beautiful fic...break my heart, but beautiful.

I didn't want to kill him! (Even though I've done it at least twice now...) But the story didn't work otherwise. I love him really, I promise. And I'm glad you liked the fic, even if it does end sadly :)

I really liked the part of Life dancing with Death. It gave me a vision of Owen putting on a top hat and a cane and dancing the night away, similar to a scene in the Discworld novel "Witches Abroad".

*g* Hey, there's no saying what kind of impact Terry Pratchett may have had on my writing. I'm sort of a magpie that way...
And thank you, I'm really glad you liked it. It was interesting, trying to get the three of them to bounce off each other the right way!
