Owen. Why'd they have to kill him just as I was absolutely sure that he was what I was watching Torchwood for? The last line makes me all sniffly. And makes me want to work out a way he can still be ... around, somehow. *hugshim*

Oh Toby. Ohhhh, sweetheart. You realise you've managed to get exactly the right levels of desperation and self-conscious irony and self-hatred into this? In the way I'm still fumbling around for in the Sam-as-hooker story. *wry smile* I have such a twisted kink for Toby having desperation!sex. (And I love the names. *g*)

And I said: Josh and Toby, a long long thing that cannot possibly have a happy ending. I suppose my taste for this is a continuation of the desperation!sex kink ... hmm. You bring it, though. And I LOVE that Josh can't even wait while Toby leaves the room. *g*

And, TWW/Buffyverse? WIN. There should be much more of that. (I miss the Buffster. *sigh*)

*sighs* I really don't know. It's not that I don't love the other three (and hey: I've written that ending) but Owen was my boy. And now I am doomed to AUs and not the good kind.

I'm glad you liked the Toby one, given that I don't think it's what you meant when you left the prompt. But it just kind of ended up that way... The nice thing about ficlets is you can do the bad things without consequence!

And in my defence, this time you asked for Toby/Josh! I wasn't doing the indoctrination thing this time. Mostly. I just love S7 and beyond with them. And with your prompt it was either infidelity sex (bad) or desperate divorcing sex (better). Josh is just too impatient to sit and do nothing. *pets him*

I miss Buffy too, as I found out when I was trying, unsuccessfully, to find their voices!

Omigod! Just saw this linked on the tww newsletter and realised I totally forgot to leave feedback! And I should have. Because honestly? Josh Lyman getting stared down by tiny blonde Buffy is a vision to behold :D

Awesome, awesome little crossover and I'm particularly struck by Toby exchanging a significant look with Giles (because I totally believe Toby and Nikki had a thing and that Toby's known about Slayers for ages) and Faith and Robin wandering off, then coming back covered in dust. And Buffy telling the President not to look for them.

Also love Tara and Daniel. That crossover was harder to pull off, eh? But I like the birdcall, the holding hands -- you give a sense of serenity and comfort between them, even if Daniel isn't satisfied with the Ascended way of life.

House/CJ? AWESOME. That one was hilarious and "The only good reason to watch CNN in years." is just PRICELESS.

:D I probably shouldn't have linked it on the newsletter but I decided it would help the diversity. I'm glad you liked the Buffy one - it was lots of fun to write. For some reason the shows seemed to fit quite well together.

SG1 and Buffy, less so, but I think that's my fault. I couldn't work out how to integrate their two mythologies in a way that made sense :( I think there might be something in Ascension starting with magic type things, but it wouldn't quite meld. I did want to give it a go though, just to try an afterlife story!

And yes, House and CJ taking each other on would be fab :)
