The SGA fic is now up to 13 (I think) comments here. 232 hits and 5 reviews (including one *really* nice one) on ff.net. I can't say I'm not tempted to stay here a while...

I'm in love with David Hewlett right now. And I really want to get this Canadian series he did called Traders. Which is not normally something I do - I watch things on the ( Read more... )

I really ought to give Atlantis a try, really. I adore the earlier seasons of SG-1, even though I don't exactly watch them much at the moment. I keep meaning to go back to the fandom. (Although it's so damn good that I would be seriously intimidated now ... )

David Hewlett/McKay does seem inordinately popular (which is nice, coz he's the non-pretty one. You know me so well!). And Canadian ... *sigh*

You people are a bad influence on my pocketbook. ;)

I'm slightly boggled by the Spurs thing. And that Spurs is a club with a large Jewish following (although I guess N. London, that makes a kind of sense, demographic-wise). But AWW! That's excellent! That's making me all heart-warm-y. :)

Also, I knew Yom Kippur was the Day of Atonement before I checked, and I have no idea why.
Well I knew because of TWW. I've had "Erev Yom Kippur" floating around in my head all day ...

I'm watching SG-1 with my mum at the minute, so I'm seeing a weird variety of episodes. And SGA has a great fandom, so you should definitely dip your toe. And Rodney's lovely! (I actually do think he's very good looking, but not in the pretty Joe Flanigan way I'll admit. As the cast go he's probably regarded as the non-pretty one, but he has gorgeous eyes, and this great crooked smile)

Boggled because I'm a football fan, or just in general? And yes, I think it was more of a deal earlier when London was less diverse and there was a real Jewish enclave there. Now it's just more of a tradition thing. Buy yes, I thought it was an unusual gesture from a club, so nice to hear :-)

Well I knew because of TWW
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the same for me *blushes* Well, I suppose it might be House, but probably TWW. I'm such a fangirl.
