This was actually written ages ago, but we got to a point where we just couldn't see what we were doing anymore. We picked it up and looked this chapter over late last night, and said ... hey, this chapter is ready to go.

The next one, I'm afraid, isn't yet. Still, we decided that an update is better than no update, even if the next one takes a while.
