I never, ever thought I'd come close to thinking that a spider looks cute, but there's an amazing macro (extreme close up) photographer who has come close. He also shoots all sorts of bugs - he has one fly with the most amazing striped eyes

Those pics are amazing! I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say the spiders are cute, though. Maybe I'd change my mind if Pixar did a spider movie... *g*
