[Not again. Not this crap again. He knew it was coming, he already experienced this before, and he still couldn't do a damn thing to stop it. Was he really this powerless? Was Terumi really in a whole nother league of power, that Ragna couldn't even stop Nu from doing this again?

And there isn't a Noel to save him this time, either. All that comes out of Ragna is a loud, pained grunt as the sword impales the two of them. And besides all the sudden blood loss he just experienced, Ragna is feeling mighty pissed off. It shows, too.

... And it feels like something was missing this time.]

[Unlike Ragna, ν-13 most certainly isn't pissed off. If anything, she's almost ecstatic about this turn of events. After all this time since her awakening, she finally has the chance to be with Ragna... she can finally be complete. There's really nothing more she could possibly ask for.

Once she speaks up again, her voice is soft, almost sisterly... if a little weak from the impalement and the resulting blood loss.]

You can't change anything. Nothing at all. We're going to be together... forever and always. [After all, that's always been their destiny... a story that can't be rewritten.

But despite that, something feels... off. Shouldn't they be starting to fuse together by now? Maybe something about this world is just delaying it. That has to be it, right? ...Right?]

You... [He can't get the rest of his sentence out; all that remains to come from his mouth is a cracked noise of pain. He was going to die at this rate. If it wasn't from the fusion, it'd be from the pain and blood loss of the attack.

Wait. There's no seithr in this world, is there? And they're not near a Cauldron, either... Could the lack of both be the problem? If that's the case...

...Shit. She just basically signed their death warrant, didn't she? Even if they both heal at a fairly fast rate, the sort of wound she just inflicted on both of them could very well be lethal... and as long as that sword is still stabbed through them, it can't heal. Maybe... maybe it'll at least help if she gets rid of it? It can't hurt to try, at least.]
