Does the job require citechecking?

If so, take the highest estimate any non-lawyer gives, and double it.

From the initial queries, doesn't look like there's cite-checking involved; they say it's mostly hammering at language and style. I'll have to see. (I've seen estimates of 2 to 3 cents a word from quick browses online, but I don't have a good baseline to work with.)

For that length, given a good length of time (3-5 days) I'd charge £200. I work with flat rates, though, only adding for 2-day or overnight turnaround.
