Rhapsody is completely full of shit. I canceled my account the day that I signed up for the free trial. I went to the website and told them to cancel my account and everything. Today I find a charge from Rhapsody for the monthly fee. I call them to tell them I want a refund and you know what they tell me? Because the charge is still "pending"
