Blond hair falls towards a tightened jaw while aimless strokes draw lines of disappointment and hurt on a sketchpad. The words “sex is a fucking weapon to you” still hanging even though the scent of anonymous sex has cleared from the air.

Thank you for such kind feedback. Verbal communication certainly wasn't good was it? But then when one person refuses to vocalize it and the other refuses to see rather than hear it *sigh*

These few words capture a distinct problematic issue in their relationship. It was so hard to watch sometimes and this piece reminded me of those tough times.

Yes I always thought it was quite painful to watch them go at their tug-of-war where one always seems to be trying to pull just when the other decides to push and as a result neither of them getting anywhere.
