Brian's pain and sheer exhaustion was so hard to read, but so well written. Love the way you describe situations, it really makes me feel I'm watching instead of reading.
Ted's support was lovely to read, his dialogue with Brian was beautiful.
A wonderful chapter, sort of painfully beautiful.
Can't wait for more!

God, my heart breaks for Alex now all over again. *sobs*
I pretty much love everything about that conversation between Brian and Ted, especially this part when Ted forces Brian to accept his help.
“Stop being an ass Bri, it won’t kill you to let someone be your friend for once,” Ted retaliated in a hurt voice and shoved a hand ineffectually against Brian’s slumped shoulder.
“No?” Brian looked at him sideways between the hands cupping his face. “Funny, because it kind of feels that way,” he forced out with a mirthless laugh.
Ted’s fingers curled around his shoulder in a firm grip. “Look, I know I’m not very good in these kinds of situations but please…..just for once accept that I am your friend and let me help,” he said in a painfully sincere voice.
Brian looked at him again and leaned a little against the hand at his shoulder in a silent apology.He is such a good and loyal friend. And the shifting from Brian relying on Ted more than ( ... )

You are the absolutely best form of encouragement imaginable.
And I loved being able to put words to our discussions on Ted slowly becoming the more natural companion to Brian as his confidence grows and they work together...even if this sort of situation would still make him nervous and a little clutzy with his words when faced with a Brian in this state
