I feel like crap. I hope I am not coming down with the flu-plague that's been going around our office becuase the dummies are too stupid to stay home when they are sick. (We have unlimited sick days... absolutely no reason to come to work if you are sick)

Need soothing music with no lyrics. I love Live365.com :-) Music for whatever my mood is.

I hope it isn't that vomit thing, cause ugh. That is probably the worst virus I've seen in years.

I really hope it's not. But that's the bug that's been going around the office. What pisses me off, is that even when they are puking every 10 minutes they are coming in to work. We literally have an unlimited sick day policy.. yet they come to work feeling like death warmed over and passing it around. This damned crud has been going in circles passing from one person to the other for the last several months. *Because they keep coming to work*

Arrgghh

My back is killing me...I ache all over.. I've got the sniffles and can't stop sneezing. damn

You should probably go home, cause that could be part of that virus, or the one that Gene and I had, which is bad, too. You can't move from the bed for a day, it just takes all your energy away from you.

Whoa sorry to hear your sick. I hope it isn't the puky thing either. I hate doing that. Haven't done it since, oh let me think, since I was in junior high. On the other hand where do you work? You have a TV at your desk and an unlimited sick day policy? What do I have to do to work there? I mean it. Do I have to climb Mt. Everest or something? Cause' I can try to do that. Get better biz.

LOL I work for Insight Communications. It's a cable company. I love our sick policy.. it's basically, if you are sick, stay home. And a hangover is not sick. LOL We do have to have a Dr Slip if we are out for more than 3 days in a row though.

If I feel much worse... I'm going to head home.

meh

My company has unlimited sick days, too. In theory. Back in the old days, they used to encourage people to stay home when they were sick so they wouldn't spread germs, especially when we moved to cubicles. Then The Powers That Be changed the accounting rules so that sick time counts against the department's bottom line. Now they ding us on performance reviews and put nasty letters in our personnel files if we use too much sick time, while at the same time sending out emails and notices in the newsletter reminding people to stay home when sick to avoid spreading germs. Sigh.

I hope you feel better soon. Hugs and chicken soup.

Ours are unlimted no strings attached. (Except the need for a note from the dr after 3 days) and I am having Chicken Noodle SOup as I type. :-)
