Holy moly, this is INCREDIBLE. Thank you so so much for writing all of this up! I imagine it must have taken a while! I'm so impressed with your texture use and how you slowly built it up to give it that subtle underwater look... WOW! Amazing! Even seeing how you did it, I can still hardly believe you got that look from the original image! Thank you so much for this tutorial!

You are super creative! i love how you took many images and blended it into her hair and the background, i'm amazed by the way you work and experience different layer modes and stuff, thank you for taking the time to write these tutorials and showing us your creativity.
