I posted a couple of weeks ago about how Terminator wasn't horrible with the biology, as compared to Heroes.

I take it back. I almost couldn't watch the rest of last night's episode, I was so floored by the stupid! (I can accept that people forget that red blood cells lose their nuclei. But this is something everyone is taught!)
