Ah, Shisui. My characterization of him is considerably darker in this one than it was in all of my other fics, which makes it kinda hard to write, but I like challenges and I just hope it'll turn out okay...

*lol* I'm kinda curious how it will develop, too. I mean, I've got the general plot in mind, but I haven't got everything planned out yet, so...well. I guess I'll just surprise myself, too ^^

Shisui is so snappy in this, I hope itachi can keep up in the next bit. I laughed at the Madara and plastic surgery comment <3

Oh yes, this Shisui is snappy and kind of mean and bitter and a lot darker (if you can even use this word in this context) than I've ever written him before. But I'm sure Itachi can keep up - he's a prodigy, after all ;)

I don't even know where I got that plastic surgery idea from. I'm not quite sure, but I think ronsard used it in her "Splash" and I just hopped onto that wagon because I thought it was a great and funny explanation as to why Madara, being the old creep he is, still looks so young, at least for AU fics.
Sorry, Michael, I didn't really mean to insult you, but yes, you should have consulted another plastic surgeon. ^^
