no more coding, i can't take it

I made a new layout, using CJ's old graphics because I'm cheap. Anyway, I'd like to have your input as to whether I should keep this one or go back to the old layout. I was aiming for 'cute and modern', but may have shot straight into 'cramped and annoying' instead. At least now this thing doesn't scroll horizontally and drive me up the wall

I liked the old one too, but then again, it never scrolled horizontally on my laptop so that didn't annoy me at all ;)

It only did that when you log out of your account, and it used to look wonky in IE as well. Seriously, why would people use that browser?

The background still blinds me, but I love the new layout! I wish I were as tech-savvy as you :D

It comes with the header as a set so if I change it I'd have to make a new banner (and that would cut into my hibernation time, I mean *really*). That and I'm sort of unwilling to let go of this inappropriate dementedly cheerful theme XD

I like the new one. I agree with the background thing though, can't that change? -hopeful-

I tried out a light grey one, but the body uses such light tones that unless the background is strong, the entire page looks sort of washed out. I do wonder if we should keep the flower theme, though. ItaShi isn't a very... flowery kind of pairing. I have no new idea for a different header, though, any suggestions?

I get what you after messing around with it a bit in photoshop, but the flowery background still blinds me >.> (No, Itashi isn't really flowery more like shadows and blood). The header's alright (like you said, the orange and teal has grown on me). Just wondering, what size is the header? (In case, I get bored one day and decide to play around with it :P)

I muted the colors by several shades, so the glare shouldn't be quite so bad now. It'll have to do until I have a new design.

The new layout seems fine, I like the tags up the side and the fonts. I mean it looks a little busy but I like busy so it's all good haha

I always wanted a sidebar so the old Generator layout always bugged me a bit. Busyness gives the illusion we're rich with contents >D
