hah! i haven't tried it yet, but if it included that parma cheese flavor in it, it's gotta be hideous.
we bought a bunch of the gross flavors (mixed with the tasty but similar looking flavors) and plan on taking them into work to play a joke on all our friends there (my husband and i work at the same office). i can't wait to see their faces! it's going to be a riot. :P
I wonder if people that unknowingly ate a vomit bean would know what it tasted like? I watch the Food Network and saw that factory on Unwrapped, me and my daughter dream of going there.
true! flavors can sometimes be really psychological...if they don't know what it is they might not care as much as if it you were like, "hey, want a vomit-flavored jelly bean?" :P
we saw it on "unwrapped"...that's what got us to go there. we looked up the company on the internet and found out they are in the SF bay area! it took about 45 minutes to get there, give or take, so it was a perfect day trip for us.
the only bad thing: i totally had a bad sugar crash after coming home. i think was *thisclose* to passing out! we ate so many jelly beans today i lost count.
we're gonna send two packs to my nieces and nephews and their parents (my brothers) in florida, and stash the others somewhere and try not to touch them for a while.
i'm seriously jelly belly-ed out at the moment. we ate so many on the tour i lost count!
and yes, they still have the mosaics. apparently the guy who did them died, but one of his relatives has taken over the jelly bean mosaic making business since.

why god, why??
i think it must be a love/hate thing. i don't like to touch the buttered popcorn ones with a 100 foot pole, nevermind a 10 foot pole. :P

I loved going to the JB factory as a kid. Do they still have the cool giant mosaics made of beans?
