It was an interesting experience. I ended up being down in Long Beach for a week - I stayed over two extra days to help with after-con clean up in my department, more or less (and I went two days before the con started, again because of my department). wow. i'm so so happy for you to know you had an awesome time. and the priviledges that came with the job is really cool!!! I mean free good S.K.I.N. tickets ^o^ amongst the food and hotel. :)

Don't get too beat up about the Ju-Ken experience though. considering how he seems to notice your presence, I'm sure you're one person he'll remember from the con. not to mention you both shared direct eye contact! how cool is that!!! and its not like.. you approached and asked him to. He just.. noticed you ^____^ so I'm sure the impression has already been made :D How many people can do that??? *hugs*

aww thank you! haha yea they really were. I really want to do it again, I truly enjoyed it. There's actually another con coming up in November that i'm interested in staffing so, we'll see. This one is more of a culture-type con, so it's not centered much around anime (although anime is of course part of it).

Kinda like those moments in movies. Because so far I've read some SKIN reports and how ppl go up to Ju-Ken and ask him for pictures/do something and sometimes he's out of sorts and stuff. Kinda like not paying attention? XDDD but this time his attention was directed to you without you doing anything that warrants it. so i felt a bit *dokin dokin* when I read it ^^

ah, well i've not read reports of Ju-ken meetings from S.K.I.N but, I've read some reports about people meeting him and they all said he was awesome, very cool.

I'll have to go searching around for some reports from SKIN concert sometime soon.
