The tag on this was PEFECT!!! I think this is probably his entire thought process on the show right now. I just wish he would have remembered that every significant emotional/relational change in her life since him required him talking her into it. Why would this be any different? He just AGREED with her and didn't fight or provide the evidence that showed their own history agreed with him! Thanks so much for the update.

Heh, this kind of goes back to the comment on the previous chapter, about how maybe this isn't the best way to go about proving his point about love that lasts ;)

Thank you!

"that damn traitorous instinct flares hot in his belly-that he was made to protect her from the world."

I can't even tell you how amazing that line is. Really resounds for me for personal reasons, but even without that connection it is so fitting for him. I love the paradox of traitorous instincts, and arrrg I could analyze and love on that line forever but I'll move on.

For the chapter as a whole, you're breaking my heart here. I feel so attached to your Booth and your Brennan. The description and imagery are beautiful (especially Olivia at the beach), and the desperation, the pure unabashed need that Booth and Brennan have for each other is almost tangible.

Keep up the good work, love. I'll be anxiously awaiting the next installment ;)

Thank you for the comments, and for pointing out the line that spoke to you. I'm really glad you're attached to my version of the characters; it shows I'm doing my job in getting you invested in what happens :)
