Sakuraba, it's unhealthy to skip breakfast. It provides vital nourishment and energy for starting the day. Studies have indicated that food eaten early in the day is less likely to contribute to fat gain than food eaten in the evening. If you'd like, I will come over and make you a nutritionally balanced breakfast next time you forget to eat. As an athlete, you should know better.
