[when the Sphere turns on, it shows him sitting in an office somewhere on Level 12, hands covering his face and muffling his mutterings. his knuckles are bloody and the two fingers on his left hand still move with an odd detachment like they're simply along for the ride and not being controlled by him. he's not showing it, but those nerve endings

[after more than four days without sleep, Oliver is looking miserably haggard and exhausted. he is sitting at a table in the Library, his head resting on his arms on the table in front of him, deep, dark circles under his eyes and his hair and clothing messy and rumpled] Doctor? Calm down. [blinks sleepily, rubbing at his eyes] But... [yawns] ...if Orion replies, let me know, okay?

[frowns seeing his friend in such a state.]

You don't think he's actually going to reply, do you?

[her expression says a great deal, as she is simply looking at his hands, her lips drawn and eyes dark]

It's not as bad as you think. At least these wounds will heal, that much I know for certain.

Oh dear, I hope you weren't planning to go charging into battle without at least tending to current wounds. [Dazed and amused. Abel doesn't look as bad as he feels, but he's less haggard from the actual exhaustion than the side effects of it.]

I haven't gotten around to it yet. These ones I know will heal. [looks at the damage he did to his knuckles.]

[holds up his left hand with the bandage on it] Ah, this one?

[he nods, leaning forward a bit to push up his glasses] That one, yes. It really looks bad!

It's burnt underneath these wrappings. [and he doubts it looks any nicer than it did a couple days ago.] I have that keypad panel in the forest to thank. Well, the former forest, anyway...

[lets what he ranted about process for a moment, then he grins.] Exactly what I said.

[sudden shock of brain waves as she quickly reviews two recent visuals of Ganymede's body and Orion, as well as some older audio feeds]

Taking into account what you mentioned, do you find it odd that they both have blond hair, and Orion has referred to Ganymede as "old man"? If it's only a coincidence, then I might as well banish my ghost to the net.
