He is very grumpy. [She imitates his grumpy-face.] All the things that make normal people smile seem to have little effect on him.

Ah, I rather like the idea of a roller coaster! If nothing else, perhaps we could get a surprised look out of him, which might be equally as amusing.

...Unless... oh! I know of this one roller coaster that's designed to not look like a roller coaster at all, but a movie theater. you could take him there if you wanted surprise.

Yes, he does indeed get his biggest thrill from cases with peculiar characteristics. And I think that if those characteristics also happened to be cute, it would fit together nicely.
