Here is the thing, No1 automatically "likes" everyone she meets. I can't say she likes them for real because No1 would also kill them if someone paid her five bucks to do it. She is just... friendly when not being creepy.
Ritsuka is sort of on the line "I will need more money to kill him than five bucks". She doesn't know him well, but she finds him nice and quite sweet, so No1 would probably refuse to ever do anything to him and would gladly help him if necessary.
And yes, she does like the ears and the tail A LOT and possibly has this need to poke them sometime soon.

Now really, I can't say there are set feelings or even much else besides that because Mello hasn't talked to Bruce all that much - but he seems considerably smart, which is enough for Mello to have an excuse to stalk. There isn't much else besides that because my boy is emotionally cripple and has no idea what "relation" means aka he is an anti-social douche.
SO YEAH. Just stalking.
And my other characters haven't had the pleasure to talk to any of your characters, which is sad /:

HE BASICALLY THINKS MELLO IS CYNICAL AND PARANOID and when Batman thinks you're paranoid....
but then again it's more a case of "no one else should have to be as paranoid as I am, because if they are it means I have failed in my duty as Batman in protecting people!!!!" which is a very illogical thing to think on a space ship with people from all sorts of universes where he doesn't exist, but that's beside the point.
aaaaalso isn't most of Mello's stuff anon? He probably isn't sure that it's all from the same person but he would prefer if it was because he honestly doesn't like when people are this depressing 8( anyway whenever he sees some of Mello's stuff it's always a sort of /tries to figure out if it's the same person as last time and making a mental note to investigate further

About the anon thing, actuallyyyyyy, no. I mean, his networks posts aren't anonymous. He uses that option often when he is commenting to other people's posts, especially about the death business or anything about his past experiences (like capturing a megalomaniac murder, yeah, that was anon. As much Mello is proud of that, this way no one will directly ask him about it since they don't know who it was).
