I suffer from depression. I am a strong, intelligent, capable person. I am neither weak nor stupid nor lazy. Depression is an illness that millions of people suffer from and there is nothing wrong with admitting you need help sometimes

I'm not gonna copy and paste it...but yippee...depression. I try to avoid dealing with it by keeping myself from being alone. When I'm alone I think too much.....

And I felt it in america too so it can't be labled culture shock...-.-

I'm clinically depressed, but it doesn't show thanks to antidepressants I've been on since 2002.

Before then, it was hell.
