I need feedback. Let me give you the facts.

I'm in a filled job. What is a filler job? You are in a job until your real job pans out. I have 20 plus years of sign experience. I was hired at this company to run this shop. But when I realized that after my requests for budget, equipment etc was nixed, I resigned myself to production.

I'd say you did the right thing, but there's the economy to consider. You have to weigh the balances between The Golden Job and Shoveling Shit With A Teaspoon and figure out how badly you need the Crappy Job From Hell that you're (potentially) stuck with.
