You know you can get Victini at any point in time in the game, right? Don't need to be at a certain place besides get to the area to get to it.

You need to at least be at the 3rd city and either way the event ends the 10th.
I know that having the pass means I'll get it either way, but if I'm going to get to the 3rd city tonight I might as well keep up the pace for the whole game
