Mini Hyaku Hachi Postmortem and Cold City Plans

The multi-case thing was a bit rough and I'm not sure I'd do that again.

Did the chargen seen long? Took us about a half hour, I think. Does that seem like a long time?

It seemed long relative to the crunch - there wasn't any actual play until the third episode of the recording, and each episode is about 30min (so about 60min until play).

That's cool, though, I enjoy that sort of brainstorming anyway. It just makes me feel like I have to keep the two hours of play we'll probably get punchy.

Normally I would, but I'm not really feeling the pregens in the book, and we're just coming off a con, so I think everyone's tired of pregens ^_^

Maybe I'll sketch out the national agendas myself, and ask for the personal ones to conflict. That seems like it could smooth creation a bit while still giving a decent sample of the game within 3 hours total.
