This email volley I had with the manager of another department is the least of it:Manager: I spoke with the Doctor. I will take care of the [thing he has to take care of]. She wanted to make sure that her content was beefed up. Is that the case?

To whimper or strangle, that is the question. Heh. The crowning achievement of the morning was IT changing all the passwords to access/update in-progress projects without telling anyone.

Haha, the new phrase that I am going to trot out at every befuddled occasion is: I did not know it was so complex. If only I had Wilson's puppy dog eyes to really sell it!
