Childhood kinks: Conveyor belts and mechanical hands

So I have this "mechanical/technological" square on my Kink Bingo card, and it's actually kind of exciting because it means I can talk to you about one of the first kinks I ever knew I had, way back when I was about four years old, before I even knew what to do with the idea of a kink-before I even fully understood sexual arousal

I find this really fascinating, because I had a lot of the same sort of mechanized conveyer-belt dreams with mechanical arms as a kid! And I couldn't ever really say where they came from - I didn't watch a lot of tv or movies, and the conveyer-belt-of-doom is less common in books. For me, I think it was partly because I had all these kinky fantasies about force and struggle and pain and endurance, but I had that kinky-squirminess about those things way before I had any feelings about relationships or sex. So it was a way to have these noncon fantasies that were about not being able to escape or turn the machines off without having to involve other people, or involving other people only distantly - like, I remember having state-control punishment-machine fantasies when I was eight or ten, which had distant and uninterested government or school authorities who didn't care about me at all as an individual.

I can relate to these kinks and although I didn't lived in the 80's, I knew all 3 episodes and I like them very much. I'm still not sure where I got those prefernces from but if anyone here born in the early 2000's can relate, it'd be lovely.
