Oh wow, I love this and especially the ending. Sonic the Hedgehog! John being reminded of Rodney and Wilson's nonplussed reaction to that! This was hot and funny and very in-character.

SONIC THE HEDGEHOG? Bwah. I was thinking in the earlier section that the way you described Sheppard made him sound a lot like Mulder, and that's pretty much exactly why I don't find him attractive. Which is merely random babble and not to take away AT ALL from the hotness of this fic(let)!

Wilson deserves a little fun with the not-dying once in while, and I loved John just taking charge of things. I'm also quite impressed with your ability to turn out high-speed quality porn XD

Hee, maybe it does! Despite that episode I, you know, SAW, it keeps escaping me that Mitch is on SGA. I strongly suspect he doesn't get much to do anyway, am I right?

I've been feeling uncommunicative the last couple of days, or else I would have continued to ramble about how often (for me) it does only take liking one half of the pairing to work, as long as the dynamic is attractive in some way. I wrote Mulder/Skinner for ages while still not caring too much either way about Mulder. House and Wilson have been the very pleasing exception *g*. Although I'd be much more likely to read Wilson/other than House/other mainly because House doesn't have the same emotional dynamic. Oh, except House/hooker, which is always cool. Hmmm. And... there's that ramble ;)

Although the original was pretty awesome since it didn't have House walking in- unfortunately there are lots of House walks in fic, and to find one that is a good one is hard. Both ways panned out great for you though!!!

Thank you! I like the first one better for letting Wilson and Sheppard be themselves together, but I couldn't resist writing the alternate; some of those lines had been in my head since the original conception of the story, and they didn't want to be left out.

Heh heh ... yes, and I did pass on the link and he did enjoy the fic. :-) I've tried to read his Sonic stories, but I just don't have the character context to 'get' them. (I'm an old fart who didn't have videogames when I was a kid.)

I haven't seen an ep of House in ... oh, must be two seasons now, but the handful of House/SGA xovers I've seen are great fun. Thanks again!

I didn't have video games as a kid either, but there was a Sonic game at our orthodontist's office, so we'd play it there sometimes. Heh. I guess Sheppard looked even more like him when he was a bug.

You watched House in its best days, then. I still enjoy it, but it's not the same show it was in the beginning.
