Well... sober would be stretch things a little too much *looks at her half full Lager bottle* but I'm up! And I could, maybe, (just maybe) had gone a little bit wild with all the taco's thing. *blushes* We have dinner at New Year's Eve. Then, we share them with all those friends who crashed at home after midnight. Then, we have lunch next day. Then, I make sure my son had a big load of them when he went back to his home. Then, I keep eating them. I still have a remarkable amount of stuff. Do you want some tacos rancheros? or some chicken with guacamole? *sigh*
My SIL's soon to be ex-husband was Mexican-American. His Mother would show up from Texas and spend almost all of her time in the kitchen making utterly brilliant food from scratch. I particularly enjoyed her tamales. Yes, I do understand that food varies wildly from one South American country to the next, but it's her cooking that created the yen in me in the first place. *g*
*packing tacos* Well, tacos are not an Argentinian food, my son and I just love Mexican food. As a matter of fact, we love food, period, lol! But yes, Mexican food is something I believe nobody should let pass :)
Did the envelope I mailed you with the lovely lost items ever turn up? I've been so busy with work, I haven't been keeping up with my flist as I should. Sorry. ;-(
No, not yet. But don't worry, mail have been taking more time than usual to arrive. Almost a month in some cases. And don't be sorry. I have been quite busy myself, and trying very hard to catch up with older post as I'm reading the new ones. Not working really fine, though, lol! I'm still 300 entries behind!
