Does anyone have a suggestion for a New Years Eve punch? We are going to have hot mulled apple cider but would like a punch with some alcohol in it. Also, suggestions for sparkling wine to toast the New Year are welcome. Not dry. Thanks.

We still have some bottles of the sweet Asti champagne served at our wedding. We can bring that if you'd like?

Would you consider sangria? My husband has 2 phenomenal recipes for sangria -- a classic, red-wine-based one and a tropical white-wine-based one.
