I'm going to Italy on friday.

It looks like I'll be back in June.

There is a chance I might fail.

I have lost about 11 pounds, and it's not enough.

I feel like playing a lot of sports, like basketball and soccer 24/7.

spring break starts this weekend, I need to cool off a bit.

I'll be 16 on apr. 11.

It's like every other week you're on vacation. Do they ever work in that country?

Good job on losing weight but don't get to caught up with it though, you're probably gonna keep shedding pounds anyway.

About failing: Get down to business and keep your grades from falling through. If you hang in there and pass, great, you've done a good thing for yourself. If you can't help it and fail, just remember that you're in school in a foreign country. Like I told you, chemistry is hard enough in English, you're getting it in German! The bottom line is gonna be that you spent a year improving yourself vastly and it wasn't wasted. Even if you do have to do "Tuesday" all over again.

It's not really failing, its more like having to repeat a year because of credit transfers. in other words maybe in the end I wont have done enough to get all the credits I need to pass, or my credits or grades some how don't translate into the american school system.

Dad says: don't worry about having to repeat a year if that's what it comes to, just enjoy what you are doing and grow from it, because it's a hell of an experience.

But that's not how I see it...although in the long run it might not matter if I have to repeat a year it will still be hell for me until graduation and maybe even in college. Because If my solid waited 3.8 GPA gets fucked and I get held back I'll have a real hard ass time getting into the college I want to got to. And by doing this exchange this year I sacrificed an easy GPA booster year. who knows how high my GPA would have been if I stayed....

I just hope I gambled right in the end.
