About #24, I think you mean #23? Numbers are in front of the icons. I do this effect with putting a gradient over a screencap. Same in #s 48 and 51 and AC3 of the Casualty 1909 icons. #24 I did with a texture from endelyn

No, #24, the one where Amy and Arthur are sitting in the prison. There seems to be some sort of hazy/sparkly thing floating in front of them.

Ah, alright. Well, only the top half of that icon is the screencap, the hazy/sparkly thing is a texture by the wonderful endelyn
