Before I read this (and procrastinate about all my uni assignments that are due) I just want to thank you for all your hard work. This series has been amazing and I have eagerly awaited your updates, this has been a great body of work to read. Thank you

I really appreciate you saying that. There were times I thought it might never be done (the plot was always expanding on me), and I sincerely appreciate that people like yourself didn't lose interest during the long waits between ridiculously large sections. I hope you enjoy the final chapter.

And also that you graduate university despite my negative influence. ;)

Thanks for the best wishes. I have just finished and I loved the ending, the merging between smallville and superman begins. I loved how you ended at the beginning of something totally new. I loved Clark/Lex relationship and how each brought something to it. Again I just want to reiterate now that I've finished reading that this was absolutely wonderful. Bravo

Clark was supposed to have the Element, it was for him, but he wasn't meant to find it on his own. He needed a human helper. This had never occurred to Lex before: He'd thought this was just how things had happened to turn out, that Clark would have found them on his own if Lex hadn't come along. But the kryptonite was there to ensure that he had a human partner in his search.

I'm only about a third of the way through but I just had to say how much I'm enjoying the sequence in the temple. Great descriptions, and your plot actually makes sense - such a nice change from the show!!

*sniffle* I finally got to the end and had to drop another note to say how much I enjoyed everything. Lara makes a wonderful counterpoint to Jor-El, and gives a real purpose to the hunt for the crystals. Great sequence in the fortress, and a thoroughly enjoyable epilogue. I'm glad Lex is taking steps to let Clark have a normal college experience and shielding him from the worst of what's going on. Superman's time will come soon enough!

On a final note, I'm glad Clark didn't take the sterilization procedure. I hope he and Lex have at least one clutch! (But then, I'm a big mpreg fan so I might be in a distinct minorit with that opinion.)

Yay! I'm so glad you enjoyed the ending. :)

Your description of hoped-for descendants as a "clutch" made me LOL, btw. That is about right! Poor Clark. If I knew that any attempt to have a child would necessarily bring me a group of 4, I wouldn't want to do it, either!

Thanks for taking the time to comment. :)

Thank You. Honestly, I'm so happy to see this series completed I found it a few years ago and I'm so happy you decided to stick with it to the end. What can I say that hasn't already been said...
This series is amazingly descriptive and true to character and you are beyond amazing for writing it. I'm sad that its over but I will be keeping an eye on your LJ for anything else you decide to post.
