i feel bad today. i found out ive completly wasted $12000 in one of my more manic stages... i had no idea until now. its not like i didint know... i just didnt realise untill today.
Oh, did someone screw you over? I bought an ex-boyfriend a $6000 dollar motorcycle and the bastard wrecked it the first week. I still hate him with a fiery passion.
Problems saying noh_thurJanuary 19 2005, 16:00:37 UTC
Me too. I'm reformed now, and I can say "hell no" much easier these days. I blew my $8,000 (plus money I earned working) student loan on my much older alcoholic boyfriend keeping him in the beer and me in the whiskey.
Many regrets, but it's over now. That was 7 years ago and I'm just now starting to recover financially.
no it was mostly on frivilous crap, useless Nights out with friends, etc etc shopping, clothes, shoes, things i dont need but looked good enough to buy
I think most of us have been there. Just try to learn from it and move on. I try to have my parents/SO help me manage my money and only keep a portion of it in my checking account. The majority of it is in an account where I have to go through the process of having my parents transfer it for me. Its annoying but it keeps me out of trouble.
