Hi and welcome! I can sort of relate to the "flat" feeling. While I definitely have ups and downs, I've found it difficult to cry. Not that crying all the time is a goal, but NOT being able to is frustrating. I recently had my lamictal upped from 200 mg to 300 mg due to my depression worsening and I'm hoping it doesn't leave me feeling numb. Finding the right dosage is tough. Just out of curiosity, do you also attend therapy? I've found that helps me learn how to deal with my mood swings in addition to the medication. Oh, and I'm bipolar II also. Anyway, best wishes and hope you're having a good night. :)

i have just recently started therapy again, it was an insurance thing, im sure you can understand. come to think of it i havent had a good cry in months. i'll bring that up in session this week. i dont like feeling numb, but the higher dose of geodon was making me sleep all the time. but that hasnt really changed either i still take 3 hour naps every day. i'm kind of disconnected tonight. you've given me something to think about for thursday.
